Responding to customer inquiries, leads, appointments, and notifications generated through our systems
Maintaining access to required accounts, platforms, calendars, CRMs, phone numbers, and business tools
Not using our services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
We are not responsible for inaccurate responses, missed opportunities, compliance issues, or customer disputes caused by incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our services may use artificial intelligence, automation, voice agents, chatbots, SMS assistants, and other automated tools.
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. Clients are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving AI systems before using them in live business operations.
Our AI systems are designed to assist with communication, lead capture, appointment booking, and customer support. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, emergency services, or human oversight.
Clients should not rely on AI systems for sensitive, regulated, emergency, legal, medical, financial, or high-risk decisions without proper human review.
By providing a phone number and opting in to receive text messages, users consent to receive SMS messages from Grow With AI Systems or from businesses using systems we help operate.

Clients agree to pay all fees according to the pricing, invoices, proposals, contracts, checkout pages, or written agreements provided by Grow With AI Systems.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Setup fees are due before work begins.
Monthly service fees are billed in advance.
Usage-based fees, including SMS, call minutes, AI usage, software fees, or platform costs, may be billed separately.
Payments are non-refundable once setup, onboarding, development, configuration, or service delivery has begun.
Late payments may result in paused services, disabled automations, suspended access, or termination of service.
We may use third-party payment processors to collect payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees.
Some services may be provided on a recurring subscription basis.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month.
Clients are responsible for cancelling before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid.
Services may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise determined by us.

Delays in providing required information, approvals, access, or feedback may delay launch or affect results. We are not responsible for delays, missed launch dates, missed leads, or reduced performance caused by lack of client cooperation, incomplete onboarding, or failure to approve required materials.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as CRM tools, phone providers, SMS providers, AI providers, email platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, calendar tools, payment processors, and other software services.
We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for:
Platform downtime
Software bugs
API changes
Pricing changes
Account suspensions
Message filtering
Carrier restrictions
Deliverability issues
Data loss caused by third-party providers
Changes to third-party terms or features
Clients may be required to maintain their own accounts with third-party providers and comply with those providers’ terms.
We work to build systems that help businesses capture missed opportunities, improve speed-to-lead, automate communication, and increase operational efficiency.
However, we do not guarantee:
A specific number of leads
A specific number of booked appointments
A specific amount of revenue
A specific conversion rate
A specific ranking, review count, or marketing outcome
That every call, message, or inquiry will be answered perfectly
That AI responses will always be accurate or error-free
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, offer quality, pricing, customer service, sales follow-up, reputation, ad spend, website traffic, client responsiveness, and business operations.
You agree not to use our website or services to:
Violate any law or regulation
Send spam, unlawful SMS messages, or unauthorized marketing communications
Harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud others
Collect personal information without proper consent
Impersonate another person or business
Misrepresent products, services, pricing, or offers

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our systems

Clients represent that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide this content to us and to allow us to use it for service delivery.
Clients retain ownership of their business content and customer data. However, clients grant Grow With AI Systems permission to use, process, display, transmit, and store such content as necessary to provide services.
We may receive confidential business information from clients during the course of providing services.
We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate business and service-related purposes.
Confidential information does not include information that:
Is publicly available
Was already known to us before disclosure
Is independently developed without use of the confidential information
Is required to be disclosed by law
Is disclosed with the client’s permission
All materials, systems, workflows, prompts, automations, templates, software configurations, documentation, strategies, designs, copy, processes, and other materials created by Grow With AI Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Clients may use deliverables we provide for their own internal business purposes after full payment has been received.
Clients may not resell, copy, sublicense, distribute, or provide our systems, prompts, automations, templates, or processes to third parties without written permission.
